Who we are

If you Googled "crisis intervention," you probably found no shortage of companies who offer training on the subject.  Many times they are young, professional, educated, and well meaning. The problem is they have been educated on theories and will educate you on theories. On the worst day of your life, do you really want to trust your survival to theories.  Here at MCS CIS, we are a little different.

All of our instructors are over forty and have had careers in the military, law enforcement, or as doormen, or providing personal protection.  In some cases, such as with me, I have done all of those things.  There is a saying in this industry that you would do well to beware of old men doing a job where men die young.  We are all experts in awareness, deescalation, and avoidance tactics.  What we do is pass on these hard earned skill sets onto your company and employees.

The truth is that 99% of all interpersonal conflicts and  crises are easily dealt with, but in order to do so must be recognized much faster than the average person is capable of.

Here at MCS, we preach "training over tools and technology".  We teach the lost art of interpersonal communication skills.  We will save you money by teaching your staff to do the things that people try to achieve with things.  Your employees are your most valuable assets when it comes to the safety and security of your company.
